Abstract

The availability of a legal text in the System which include considerably the present positive law of the sector, in an organized and a systematic way, that is , a real code, and not a mere compilation, would suppose a transcendental step for our health system. This legal body which includes our positive health law, in all areas, orderly and systemized, and with the updating, which eliminates contradictions, would maintain the same meaning for any term in any extension and would be written in plain language clearly and concisely.
