La complementariedad como estrategia de la cooperación del siglo XXI
Abstract
Spain and Argentina have decided to base its common strategy in cooperation in their complementation. In this perspective, the innovative forms of development, such as the triangular cooperation, acquire major relevance, as them can stimulate institutional and technical capacities of the cooperation between the two countries for the benefit of third partners. This position has been ratified by signing a special agreement for the implementation of triangular cooperation activities.
