La cooperación española para el desarrollo: entre luces y sombras
Abstract
The following lines briefly review the main events that have taken place during the last year and their implications for the Spanish system of cooperation for development. Likewise, and considering the current situation, a brief description of the budgetary framework and the main objectives and priorities are briefly presented, as well as some of the main short term challenges facing the whole of the Spanish System Cooperation for the Development.
