Codesarrollo: vinculación positiva entre municipalismo e inmigración
Abstract
The present article describes the experience of the Fons Català de Cooperació al Desenvolupament —an organisation composed by city councils and other supramunicipal institutions that assign a part of their budget to support development cooperation and solidarity actions with disadvantageous countries—. In particular, this document analyzes the co-development initiative implemented in Morocco by some Moroccan associations based in Catalonia, which work in different sectors, including education, local development, water management, agriculture, capacity building of leaders of civil society organisations, health system, construction of training centres for women, or infrastructures.
