Seguimiento de la cooperación sur-sur: presentación
Abstract
The increasing of the meetings about South-South Cooperation, demonstrates the outstanding role of this type of cooperation within the international system. However, as long as these meetings continue just dealing about the main subjects for the traditional system, the influence of South countries will decrease and, even worse, they will waste the opportunity to raise their own vision of Development and how it must be obtained.
