México y la asistencia humanitaria internacional: aspectos conceptuales y operativos
Abstract
Given the factors that have changed the concept and practice of International Humanitarian Assistance (IHA), this article analyzes the role of Mexico as a new humanitarian actor in the dynamic international context, highlighting particularly the Mexican actions of humanitarian cooperation in 2010, offering an analytical framework to understand the country’s performance in this growing field of solidarity action.
