Cooperación universitaria y desarrollo local. La experiencia del municipio de Soacha, Colombia
Abstract
This article describes some of the experiences and lessons learned from the project in the municipality of Soacha, Colombia in 2012, integrating universities and local authorities from Spanin and Colombia. It aims to highlight the role of university cooperation and institution building alliances with local cooperation, providing clear innovative and sustainable initiatives on technical cooperation activities in the municipality to properly reflect the thinking of the local public administration, and to illustrate the potential of local public universities as partners in development and cooperation.
