Monitoring South-South Cooperation (January-April 2013)
Abstract
The beginning of 2013 finds the SSC in a moment of serenity after the turmoil he went through in previous years, possibly due to a consolidation of certain processes that occur within it and some changes in the agendas. In this context, Latin America continues to be, by far, a region where there are major advances and where the SSC has an extensive presence in debates and practices.
