Abstract
What will be the Agenda post 2015 hits the entire field of International Cooperation for Development and South-South Cooperation is not an exception. Discussions on post 2015 Agenda are useful as a background to observe the different perspectives that exist between these forms of cooperation and increase the need for a dialogue both necessary and urgent.
