Abstract
The instrumentalization of Official Development Assistance acquires a new strategy by computing as such the recent Cuba’s debt cancellation by the Spanish executive. It is has a cannon effect in terms of more investment for Spanish companies, more Spanish solidarity and a public deficit reduction.
