Residential exclusion in the Great Recession
Abstract
The goal of this article is to show that the configuration of our residential park has suffered almost no modifications: The residential provision model keeps the same deficits, while accumulating new ones. In addition, the cases of residential exclusion are maintained or increased in number, as a result of speculation, decided absence of public intervention, and change of homes ownerships.
