Budget 2018 & the V Plan Director say ‘no’ to 2030 Agenda
Abstract
The 2018 springtime has gathered three relevant events for Spanish Cooperation. Firstly, the bill on General National Budget with an insufficient economic effort of 0.19% of GDP for 2018 ODA. Secondly, the anomalous approval of the Fifth National Plan of Spanish Cooperation. Finally, the concretion of an Action Plan that directs Spain towards the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda.
