Abstract

From June to September 2018, the global development agenda suffered the onslaught of commercial, diplomatic and economic crises. In this sense, this article is a continuation of the balance carried out last semester that analyzes, in a summarized way, the main events that affected the global development agenda in the aforementioned period. The article argues that the global development agenda continued to be subject to practices against globalization, to which we must add weakness of global economic growth, which complicates the generation of a global environment for development.
