Universities and alliances towards development: talent, innovation and knowledge generation to SDG service
Abstract
The stage defined by the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) concurred with a phase of growth, structuring and instutionalisation of the University Development Cooperation policy (UDC). The new Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and specially, SDG 4 require the creation of new strategies and alliances that allow the UDC to put its innovation ability and knowledge at the service of the SDG.
