Professor in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Seville and director of the research group Methodology, Statistics, and Psychometrics Applied to Behavioral and Health Sciences. He is also Vice Dean of University Community and Inclusion. He holds a professional piano degree from the Francisco de Guerrero Conservatory, a Bachelor’s and a Doctorate in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, another in Advanced Studies in Brain and Behavior, and a third in Organizational and Work Psychology. He is a member of several associations, including AEMCCO, EAM, and AEPMIM, and serves on the Board of ESCOM, the European Association for Cognitive Science of Music. His research focuses on topics related to research methods, social integration, professional identity, and the impact of music on health. He has also taught numerous courses on the Psychology of Music to musicians and other professionals.
