Author Biography

Adriana Cantón, University of Salamanca

Adriana Cantón has a master's in Democracy and Good Government from the University of Salamanca, Spain. She is a PhD student in Rule of Law and Global Governance from the University of Salamanca. Likewise, he works as a Research Assistant at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. He is a member of the project: "Citizen laboratory for the development of skills for global citizenship: a Latin American proposal for the return to presence" of the Novus la Tríada Fund, in conjunction of the Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Chile) and the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia).
