Resumen
Este artículo analiza las medidas implementadas por la UE en el área de migraciones a través de una metodología cualitativa para seleccionar legislación y artículos.
Esta metodología estructura el artículo en tres partes: evolución (1950-2015) análisis de las últimas medidas legislativas y dimensión externa.
Aunque el artículo limita el análisis al marco legislativo e institucional, hablamos de un trabajo de gran interés, al ser esta área un tema muy importante en la agenda política.
El análisis muestra que las medidas han sido efectivas a pesar de que es necesaria más legislación en un fenómeno que está en constante evolución.
