Abstract
This note presents and transcribes “Abrazar a Pancho”, an unpublished poem by Xosé Luís Méndez Ferrín recovered through a school activity in Vigo in 2009. It describes the circumstances of the tribute to Ricardo Domínguez González, “Pancho”, and relates the poem to the labour struggles at the ASCON shipyards and to the author’s poetry.
