Abstract

The purpose of this article will be to critically compare the approaches and modulations of the concept of ideology in György Lukács’s work History and Class Consciousness (1923), specifically in the most important essay entitled The Reification and Consciousness of the Proletariat, as well as the Hungarian philosopher's revision of this concept in the 1967 prologue to the same work and, on the other hand, in the work Manual Labor and Intellectual Labor. A critique of epistemology (1972) by Alfred Sohn-Rethel, and its prefiguration as a draft of his entire theoretical project in the text For the critical abolition of apriorism. A materialist investigation (1936).

Lorena Acosta Iglesias, University of La Laguna

Lorena Acosta Iglesias es contratada pre-doctoral FPU desarrollando, desde 2016, una tesis doctoral sobre los procesos de subjetivación en el capitalismo posfordista en el departamento de Lógica y Filosofía Teorética en la Facultad de Filosofía de la UCM. Es graduada en Filosofía en la UCM y realizó el máster Filosofía de la Historia: democracia y orden mundial en la UAM. Realizó una estancia de investigación pre-doctoral en 2019 en el Institut für Philosophie de la Goethe Universität (Frankfurt am Main, Alemania). Sus líneas de investigación se centran en la primera generación de la Escuela de Frankfurt, especialmente Th. W. Adorno y Walter Benjamin, las nuevas lecturas de Marx, la relación entre Foucault y el neoliberalismo así como la sociología del trabajo. Entre sus publicaciones se encuentran: Hegel como síntoma. Ante la construcción social del sujeto político moderno en condiciones de capitalismo emergente en la Revista Bajo Palabra, Poder y subjetividad en Michel Foucault: translaciones, modificaciones, ambivalencias en Oxímora.
