La protección social durante la transición política en España
Abstract
Las transiciones políticas suponen un proceso de cambio a través del cual un régimen político se transforma mediante la sustitución de los valores, los principios, las normas y las instituciones en ese momento vigentes por otras de signo distinto y normalmente contrario. En el caso de la transición política española supuso el fin del régimen autoritario precedente y la implantación de un sistema democrático basado en los derechos consagrados por la Constitución Española (CE).
