Abstract
The institutional paper of the group «king-viceroy» of the Hispanic Monarchy in the second half of the XVI century, supposed an original and skilful system that attained a triple political success. No «delegate», but «collegiate» the exercise of the kingly power without impairment of this hierarchy. Avoid the perception the physical and continued absence of the kings. Not constituting a danger of the feudal crack into the Monarchy.Format
