Filosofía del Derecho y transición. ¿Un paso adelante y dos pasos atrás?
Abstract
Considero que disciplinas como la filosofía del derecho, la teoría del derecho, la teoría de la argumentación jurídica y similares son sumamente relevantes para una buena formación jurídica y deberían impartirse muy bien y muy a fondo en todas las facultades de derecho. A la vez que pienso así, creo sinceramente que allá donde no se enseñan bien tales asuntos es mejor suprimir dichas asignaturas.
