La transición española hacia la democracia y su plasmación a través de constitución evolutiva
Abstract
Es difícil dar con una fecha concreta que sirva de respuesta a la cuestión cuándo comenzó la Transición Política en España. Sin embargo, tal y como enseña Montesquieu 1, se trata de una pregunta clave que es necesario despejar cuando se aspira a desentrañar el origen de un Estado y a determinar la naturaleza de las reglas que presiden su gobierno.
