Archiving
The journal develops various procedures aimed at ensuring the permanent accessibility to the contents hosted in its servers:
- Backup copies
- Monitoring the technological aspects to prevent potential conversions of format or obsolete software.
- Digital preservation metadata.
- Using Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
- Using as an editorial manager software Open Journal Systems (OJS)) in its 3.1.1.4 version, an open source software with the interoperability protocol OAI-PHM ( Open Archive Initiative-Protocol for Metadata Harvesting).
- The Journal has electronic backup and preservation of access to the content via PKP Preservation Network (PN)
In addition, the journal stores its metadata in different national and international repositories to guarantee the long-term digital preservation of its articles, such as Dialnet, DOAJ (Directory of open access Journals) and REDIB (Red Iberoamericana de Innovación y Conocimiento Científico).
Documents published in this website are available in formats easily reproduced. Ediciones Complutense will revise the archiving policy periodically.
