Introduction to a Roundtable and Its Results

Abstract

This is the general introduction to the monographic section publishing the results of the roundtable “Medieval Justice”, which was held at Universidad Complutense on November 11th, 2015. It is given here a short appreciation of the four contributions related to the aforementioned scientific session, along with some general considerations on the scope of the topic of justice in medieval times, as envisaged by recent research.
