Abstract

This text gathers a new manuscript of the Ordinance of Penalties in the Chamber of Enrique the 3rd, from the Municipal Archives of Murcia, which includes important novelties with respect to the text published by Professor Cerdá 50 years ago; a comparison is made whit this text and also with the one published finally by Montalvo in his Royal Ordinances of Castille.
