Abstract

In the middle of the 14th century, Jaume de Montjuïc, Jaume Mateu, Bernat de Sant Dionís and Berenguer de Montjuïc issued a consilium about infraction of Peace and Truce. They kept in mind a recent provision of Alfonso III, when he was an infant (1320). The distinguished jurist Callís took an interest in this consilium in his De pace et treuga. The study and edition of the consilium and of said provision allow a better understanding of medieval procedural law.
