The politics in the Alphonsin’s Juridical Dicourse. An interpretation based on its Textual Variants
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to better understand the relationship between textual and discursive variants and the alphonsine juridical-political project. In this regard, I intend to analyze the variations on political concepts in the different versions of Partidas, in order to better understand the intellectual changes introduced in its juridical discourse, which were the result of the transformations in Alphonse 10th’s centralization project.
