Abstract
From the edition in 1620 of Guía y avisos de forasteros a new literary frame is created, which focuses in the warnings about the dangers of the Court. However, in the part concerning to the form we can observe a series of remodelations that will eventually create the basis of the later costumbrismo written by Zabaleta. In this evolution to an instrumentalised costumbrismo, the narrative frame will gradually dissolve itself.##submission.format##
