Abstract

Some observations on three fragments of the ancient Greek comedy. Hermipp. fr. 58 K.-A.: another testimony is in Et. M. 108.18-22 (where it is suggested to read “ἀνερίναστος εἶ” ἀντὶ τοῦ). Eup. fr. 115 K.-A.: defense of the transmitted text (κάτωθεν ἤγαγες) and of the traditional interpretation, which accepts the reference to the deformed head of Pericles. Eup. fr. 384.4 K.-A.: defence of the transmitted text (ἡμῖν τῇ πόλει).
