Lexicographic notes: semantic extension of some derivatives in -τρον and -θρον

Abstract
Four derivatives in -τρον and -θρον refer not to an object, but to a person. I analyze κύκηθρον and τάρακτρον, with special attention to the passage from the Peace by Aristophanes, and λαίμαστρον and plural νώβυστρα, attested in Herodas.Format
